Return Policy:- We do not accept any return requests we only offer a replacement in 3d galaxy.

Refund Policy:- We do not offer any refunds. In case the customer receives any wrong or defective product we allow replacement for that product. To replace product please contact customer support.

3D Printer Policies:- Thre return replcament for the 3D Printers are accepted or entertained on the basis of OEM Guidlines, their is a process to undergo for the replcament or return of 3D Printer which takes 7-15 Working days for the aproval through OEM manufacturer depending on the inspection of the issue.
